Pickup at your door
Our executive arrives with a handheld RFID scanner and blank tags. Each garment you hand over gets tagged on the spot, scanned, and logged against your phone number. You get a WhatsApp message confirming the count.

Facility intake
When the bag arrives at our facility, every garment is scanned in again. The system matches each tag to your order. If a count does not match, we do not proceed until it is resolved. Usually takes under two minutes.

Through the cleaning process
RFID tags are wash-safe and heat-resistant. They stay attached through every stage — wash, tumble, steam press. After cleaning, garments move to a dedicated staging area and are scanned before being folded and packed.

Packing and delivery verification
Before your bag is sealed, every garment inside is scanned against the original pickup list. The numbers must match exactly. Once confirmed, the bag is sealed and handed to delivery. You get a WhatsApp message with the final count before it leaves us.

Not at all. The tags are the same weight as a small button and are attached using a method appropriate for the fabric — usually a non-invasive clip or a heat-safe adhesive loop. We assess each garment before tagging so delicate fabrics like silk and embroidery are handled with extra care.
