Hospitality

Hotels and airlines

Hospitality is a timing problem more than a cleaning one. The shirt has to be back by 6am, the banquet has to be reset between sittings, the crew uniform inspection is in nine hours. We slot into your concierge or housekeeping and run on the actual clock.

For airlines we cover staff and crew laundry to the airline pressing standard, and we also do aircraft cabin chair cover cleaning on rotation. Trained on Indigo and Air India crew specs before we accepted a booking.

What you usually ask first.

Can you really handle laundry and facilities cleaning under one contract?
Yes, that is the entire point. Most institutions split the contract across three or four vendors and waste a quarter of their housekeeping time managing the seams. We bring all nine lines under a single signed paper, single coordinator, single monthly bill. You can start with one line and add others as we earn it.
How fast can you onboard a new institution?
Walkthrough to a working desk usually takes ten to fourteen days. Procurement signoffs at large institutions can extend that, in which case we run a paid pilot on one floor or one block while the paperwork moves. Pilot is fully refundable against the eventual contract.
Do you have insurance and compliance paperwork for procurement?
Yes. Public liability, workmen's compensation, vendor registration, GST compliant invoicing, abseil insurance for high access, audit ready cycle paperwork for healthcare. Government bodies have asked for the full bundle and we hand it over in one PDF set.
What if a garment, fabric, or surface is damaged?
RFID tagging and itemized intake counts are our evidence record. If something is damaged on our side, we make it good at fair replacement value, no argument. Insurance specifically for institutional accounts so a major incident does not drain your housekeeping budget.
Can residents pay in the app, or does the institution pay everything?
Either model works. Residents pay direct in the app, the institution sees nothing on its books. Or we run a master tab where the institution pays consolidated and recovers from residents the way you do for canteen or mess. Hostels usually go master tab, hotels usually go guest direct.
Can we start small and expand later?
Almost every account starts on one line. As you see the work, you add more. There is a per service minimum so the truck is worth dispatching, but no minimum across the contract. Most accounts grow from one line to four or five inside six months.
